Escrow means your payment is held safely by eClinton Market until you receive your item and confirm it's as described. This protects you from fraud.

Yes! Most listings allow negotiation. Click "Make an Offer" on any listing to send your offer price to the seller. They can accept, decline, or counter.

We accept Paystack (card), Flutterwave, PalmPay, bank transfer, USSD, and eClinton Pay wallet balance.

Contact the seller first. If unresolved within 48 hours, open a dispute in your dashboard. Our team will investigate and refund you if the seller is at fault.

Click "+ Post Ad" in the header. Fill in your title, description, price, photos (up to 10), and location. Your listing goes live immediately after review.

Posting is free. We charge a 5% platform fee only when your item sells. For digital products and media, sellers keep 80% of the sale price.

Physical listings stay active for 60 days and can be renewed for free. Digital products and media are listed indefinitely.

Sales go directly to your eClinton Pay wallet. Withdraw to your bank account anytime — minimum ₦1,000, ₦50 flat fee, processed within 24 hours.

Yes! When creating a listing, select "Auction" type. Set your reserve price, starting bid, and auction end date. Buyers bid in real time.

eClinton Pay is our secure in-app wallet. Fund it via Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank transfer. Use it to pay for anything on the platform — all with escrow protection.

Go to Dashboard → eClinton Pay → Top Up. Choose your preferred payment method and amount. Funds are credited instantly after payment confirmation.

Yes. Your wallet balance is protected and held in a regulated escrow account. We are fully compliant with CBN regulations.

Sellers set a reserve price and end time. Buyers place bids — each bid must be at least ₦100 more than the current high. The highest bidder when time expires wins.

You'll receive an email notification. You have 24 hours to complete payment via eClinton Pay. If you don't pay, the item goes to the next highest bidder.

Yes! Sellers can add a Buy It Now price alongside the auction. Any buyer can purchase instantly at that price, ending the auction immediately.

Click "+ Post Ad" → select "Media" type. Upload your audio/video file, set your price (or free), and pay the one-time hosting fee. Your media goes live after review.

A one-time fee of ₦500 per upload. This covers storage, streaming, and delivery. There are no monthly charges.

You keep 80% of every sale. eClinton Market takes 20% to cover hosting, payment processing, and platform maintenance.

Sellers who provide valid ID, phone number, and have a positive sales history receive a blue ✓ verified badge. This indicates a trusted, established seller.

Click the "Report" button on any listing. Our moderation team reviews reports within 2 hours and removes fraudulent content immediately.

If a seller doesn't respond within 24 hours of purchase, you can open a dispute via Dashboard → Purchases. We'll contact the seller and protect your funds.

Share your unique referral link (from Dashboard → Affiliate). When someone clicks your link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you earn a commission.

Physical products: 5%. Digital products: 10%. Music/Movies: 8%. Auction wins: 2.5%. Top affiliates earn ₦50,000+ per month.

Commissions are credited to your eClinton Pay wallet instantly when a referred purchase is confirmed. Withdraw anytime.
